SIA PHOTO MATCH
David Randolph
Sports enthusiast. Collector. Investor. Authenticator.
David Randolph's passion for sports memorabilia began as a collector and evolved into a mission to bring a higher standard of verification to game-used memorabilia. After seeing jerseys and other items frequently mislabeled, misrepresented, or incorrectly attributed, David recognized the need for a more technology-driven approach.
Drawing on his extensive career in technology sales, David incorporated IT forensic analysis and advanced technology into memorabilia authentication, ultimately creating SIA Photo Match.
Today, the SIA Photo Match team works with professional sports organizations and collectors, utilizing state-of-the-art forensic technology to research and verify game-used memorabilia. Their work helps document important pieces of sports history while supporting greater transparency and confidence within the collecting community.
VINTAGE MEDIA GRADING
VMG
Vintage Media Grading (VMG), based in Westerly, Rhode Island, specializes in the professional grading, authentication, preservation, and display of vinyl records and LaserDiscs.
Every item submitted to VMG is authenticated and graded according to a published grading rubric, then sealed in a patented protective holder designed for long-term preservation and presentation. VMG also maintains a public population report, giving collectors additional insight into the rarity and scarcity of graded pieces.
For signed records, Steve Grad provides the autograph authentication in-house, allowing the item to remain within the VMG facility throughout the authentication, grading, and encapsulation process.
AUTHENTICATED.AI
Token Lock Technology
Through this partnership, every item certified by Steve Grad will be issued a Token Lock, powered by Authenticated.ai's technology. At the moment of certification, a detailed image scan of the physical item is captured and permanently linked to an immutable, on-chain digital record - creating the world's first true digital-to-real-world interface for certified collectibles.
This isn't just a certification upgrade. It's a fundamental shift in how the world verifies, trusts, and transacts in authenticated collectibles - combining Steve Grad's unmatched market reputation with a technology that finally closes the door on switching and fraud.
